We ask all merchants that only our packing slip (which doesn’t include any pricing) is added in with each order. We understand that items could be sent as gifts so we ask pricing to not be included for this reason.
If you require a VAT invoice, please head to our website and click 'My Account' in the top left of the website, and select 'My Orders'. You will find a history of your past orders. Open the order number you require and at the bottom of the page there is an option stating 'Download Invoice', which will generate a VAT receipt for that order.
